Rhythmic body therpy

Rhythmic body therapy provides many health effects such as:

In rhythmic body terapy, we express ourselves in liberating movements/dance to different rhythms where you are inspired to listen to how your body wants to move on your terms and in your way. Various exercises are included during the dance that will make you relax. Part of the session we work with breathing exercises. The session ends with a meditative relaxation with different instruments or music.
